Determining Expectations and How Our Strengths Can Help
As part of this course we are going to define and refine the expectations for your role and understand how your strengths can support you in their delivery.  As knowing our strengths helps us move from leveraging our behaviours (HOW we do it) from intuition to intention, so do clear expectations of us do the same with WHAT we do.

Activity First let’s start with a baseline. Turn to Page 9 of your Black Workbook

  1. Read the introduction, and complete the table

  2. For column 2 in the table of “How your Strengths Themes help you meet expectations of your role”, refer to Page 7 of your White Workbook, the report My Signature Themes Motivations Report, and the row I will (doing)

  3. Then complete the review of this exercise on Page 10 of your Black Workbook to share with your team leader
