Transfer the results of these three sorts to the summary on Page 20 of your Black Workbook
- Contributions which like mission talks to our purpose, the impact we want to make on others. Write the results in the My Purpose Why We Exist
- Values the things that are important to us. Write the results in the What I Value How Work Gets Done
- Motivations which like vision focus on the outcome we hope to achieve. Write the results in My Vision What We’re Known For
Write your Top 5 Strengths in the space provided
Answer the question, “When did you feel proudest to work for your organisation?” Think of a story where you mission/vision/values have played a part in your work with this team/organisation
Find online, write down/describe, or draw an image that you think best represents the content of this page
Once completed share with your team leader/manager and ask them to do the same
