Introduction to Your CliftonStrengths Profile
Introduction to Strengths is designed for you to recognise your talents (your natural ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving), learn how you apply them, and create a plan that develops your talents into strengths. The goal is to make you aware of your strengths and shift from using them naturally, without much thought, to using them purposefully for your development and growth. When you grow and develop, your team will too, which leads to overall performance of your organisation.
